LETTING INFORMATION

TO ARRANGE AN INTERNAL VIEWING
A viewing can be arranged by telephoning the office and making an appointment.  A member of staff will meet you at the property and show you round.

UNDER APPLICATION
This will be indicated on the list when
a property has been applied for. 

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If you are interested in the property after viewing, you will need to complete an application form. 

You must provide two forms of identification for both yourself and a guarantor, if needed. One must be passport or driving licence with photo and the other must be a utility bill with your current address.  

A non-returnable fee of £40 will be charged per applicant on submission of their application, in order to carry out reference checks.  A further fee will be charged if the applicant requires a Guarantor.  If under any doubt we advise you supply a Guarantor application at the same time as your own. 

Please note: A Guarantor should be England based.  UK based (i.e. Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales) Guarantor will not be accepted. 

Applications for tenancies are subject to contract, status and references.  At the signing of the tenancy agreement, an administration fee of £30 per applicant will be payable as well as a deposit (refundable at the end of the tenancy) and one month’s rent in advance.  Method of payment for this is by cash or a bank cheque and not a personal cheque.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, the minimum length of any tenancy will be six months. All the rents quoted are exclusive of council tax, water rates, gas, electric and telephone charges.

 Please note that pets and children are not allowed in any of the flats.
